This theme is a modified version of Lucid Visual Style

My first try with kde so bear with me.
I have enclosed:
Colour scheme
kwin background
kicker background
qtcurve config (for those who want to use qtcurve)
To remove icons from the menu, open /.kde/share/config/kickerrc in your home directory with your editor, scroll down until you see [menus]. Go to MenuEntryHeight=. Change the number to -1.
To use kwin background, I recommend the crystal window decoration.

I just have one issue about your shot, the forward and backward steppers(the arrows) on the scrollbars are offset. I've always run into that problem on gtk as well, they never are centered when you just resize those areas. Is there a fix for that, if you know, otherwise just disregard my ridiculous attention to details.
